Return window and condition

We accept returns within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all original packaging and tags.

 

Before you return an item

Contact us first for return instructions and the correct return address.

 

If we made an error

If your item is defective or we shipped the wrong item, size, or color, RusskaStore covers the return shipping cost. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we refund the full item price and the original shipping charge.

 

If you change your mind or make an ordering error

If you selected the wrong size, color, or item, you pay for return shipping. After we receive and inspect the return, we refund the item price. The original shipping charge is not refundable in these cases.

 

Refunds

Refunds go to the original payment method after we receive and inspect your return. Processing time varies by payment provider.

 

All products sold by RusskaStore are new, original, and shipped from our U.S. warehouse.
