2. Orders

After an order is placed, the customer receives an order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if an item is unavailable, the price or product information contains an obvious error, payment cannot be processed, or the order cannot legally or practically be shipped to the destination.

If we cancel a paid order, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Prices are displayed on the website in the currency shown at checkout. Shipping charges and any applicable taxes are calculated or displayed during checkout.

Payments are processed through the payment methods available on our website. RusskaStore does not store complete credit or debit card information.

RusskaStore offers domestic and international shipping where legally and logistically available.

Processing and delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers must contact RusskaStore before returning an item to receive return instructions and the correct return address.

If a paid order is canceled, the applicable payment will be refunded.

RusskaStore is not responsible for delays or inability to fulfill an order caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, carrier disruptions, government restrictions, customs actions, sanctions, embargoes, armed conflicts, or other transportation and logistical restrictions.

If an order cannot legally or practically be fulfilled, we may cancel the order and refund the applicable payment.
