The pouch is designed to accommodate components for first aid in case of injuries. It can be used as part of a chest rig and unloading system, as well as fixed on a belt.
It consists of a mounting panel attached to the equipment and a detachable pouch that opens with an "envelope". Elastic loops and pockets for fixing components are located on the inner surfaces of the pouch. The side walls of the pouch on the outside have loops for attaching additional small–sized pouches, for example, for a turnstile harness.
The fixation of the pouch to the mounting panel is provided by a large-area textile fastener and a flap that closes "overlap" on a quick-release buckle of the fastex type. There are cells on the back of the mounting plate for attaching medical scissors.
