This is the previous-generation cold-weather Ushanka from the Russian VKPO/VKBO clothing system. The hat features the distinctive EMR (Russian Digital) camouflage pattern and is designed for cold-weather outdoor use.
The configurable ear flaps can be worn in several positions depending on weather conditions. Covered openings over the ears allow the use of headphones or hearing protection without removing the hat.
