Authentic Soviet military surplus manufactured in the USSR. The Plash Palatka is a classic multifunctional piece of Soviet Army field equipment designed to provide portable protection from rain, wind and the elements.
It can be worn as a rain poncho with a hood or configured as a simple field shelter, ground cover or tarp. Multiple Plash Palatkas can also be connected to create a larger shelter.
